Settings
Configure profiles, tags, roles, and other analyzer preferences.
Use the Settings area to control how PacketSafari behaves for your workspace:
- Profiles: column layouts, coloring rules, backend decode preferences, and table fonts.
- User types and entitlements: current SaaS vs on-prem access, quotas, admin boundaries, and important exceptions.
- Tags: create and manage labels for captures.
- Roles: share captures with groups of users.
- AI access: admin-only controls for PacketSafari AI authentication paths.
- Application settings: review deployment-level runtime controls and operator settings.
Changes apply to your workspace immediately; you can export or import profile JSON for reuse.
