Public customer information
PacketSafari publishes the information customers need to understand the service before purchasing or deploying it:
- the Privacy Policy and data-rights request process
- the current service-provider and subprocessor list
- the SaaS and on-premises security responsibility table
- framework-specific information for GDPR, NIS2, the Cyber Resilience Act, the EU AI Act, BSI/C5, and SOC 2
- direct statements when an independent certification or attestation is not available
Contractual and deployment-specific information
Enterprise customers can contact contact@packetsafari.com with a security questionnaire or to confirm the data path, enabled AI provider, hosting model, support terms, and contractual documents for the deployment they are purchasing.
Security-sensitive operational records are not published on the open website. Where appropriate, current information can be provided to the customer through the sales or contracting process.
Deployment responsibilities
Managed SaaS is operated by PacketSafari. In on-premises deployments, the customer operates infrastructure, storage, keys, network controls, retention, backups, recovery, and administration unless the customer agreement states otherwise. Customer-specific service commitments are the commitments included in the signed agreement.
